Technical Hiring Engineer
Konnect Way, a rapidly expanding software development company based in Spain and Ireland, is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Technical Hiring Engineer located in the EU. This 100% remote, part-time contractor position (4 hours per day) offers you the flexibility to work independently while contributing to international projects. Responsabilities

Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring criteria.

Organize and oversee multi-stage interview processes, including technical assessments and problem-solving sessions.

Ensure that interviews cover key areas and best practices of backend and frontend development.

Communicate company values, mission, and technical strengths effectively to attract top talent.

Ensure a seamless and transparent candidate experience.
Requirements

Strong knowledge of technologies such as ReactJS, PHP, RESTful API, SQL, JavaScript, jQuery.

Knowledge of Dojo and Kotlin is nice to have.

Familiarity with CI/CD systems, Docker, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.

Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience as a full-stack application developer using related technologies: 6+ years

Experience in Technical Interviews: assessing candidates, conducting technical interviews, evaluating results, creating technical questions, and evaluating knowledge related to relevant technologies, specifically for frontend and backend engineers. Minimum 2+ years of experience required.

Assessment Proficiency: Skilled in creating and managing coding challenges, technical assessments, and live problem-solving sessions.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English to collaborate with candidates and stakeholders.
